You can clearly tell we have some pent up excitement for lots of snow after last year’s dud of a winter. There’s snow in the mountains and the Olympic National Park just announced their Winter schedule for Hurricane Ridge.
Weather permitting; the Hurricane Ridge Road is scheduled to be open Friday through Sunday and Monday holidays from November 27, 2015 through March 27, 2016. The road is also scheduled to be open daily from Saturday, December 26 through January 3, 2016.

Visit Hurricane Ridge for a full overview of snow sport possibilities on Hurricane Ridge and around including skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and sliding.
