This week I’m sharing miles and the mic with good friend of the show Keith Yates.
He’s about to run Badger and turned this 100 mile adventure into a fundraiser for his local summer food program for kids in need. Running creates community and Keith runs for his local community. Please do check out the fundraiser and support him in any way you can.
